Is there somewhere where I can view the products?
No, we do not have a retail outlet. However we readily refund or replace goods if you are not satisfied with the quality, and are more than happy to answer your questions regarding the products.
Do I have to order on-line?
No, if you prefer to discuss your requirements or provide Credit Card details by phone, please feel free to give us a call.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within New Zealand is $6.50 per order, except Rural Delivery areas (which is $9.50).
Is an invoice sent out with the goods?
No, we do not attach or include an invoice. The purchaser will get a copy via email as part of the online purchase process. The only documentation with the goods, is the delivery note which shows the recipient address and our contact details.
What if I am disappointed with the goods?
We take great care to supply quality goods packaged well. However if you are disappointed with the quality or condition of your gifts, we will happily return or refund your goods. (See the 'Shipping & Returns' section for more details).
